HOW CAN I FIND THE PRODUCT I AM LOOKING FOR?

Starting from the Home Page, you have several options:

If you want to find out what Mimesi offers you, click on the category that interests you browsing the 2014 Catalogue link, you will find on the left side.

If you want to find a specific product, specify it in the box "Search”, which you will find at the top right; one or more terms related to your search and a list of products related to the words you searched will appear.

HOW CAN I BUY THE PRODUCT SHOWN?

First of all, click on the product of your interest. This will allow you to see the product card, containing detailed information on the article. Then, to place your order, click on "add to cart”, then continue the easy checkout steps.

HOW CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS THAT INTEREST ME?

Buying on micromosaicjewels.com is fast and spontaneous. Click on the product you like most to go to access the relative product card and view all the relevant information in detail on that article. To add to cart click on the tab "add to cart. You will be automatically redirected onto the first page of the Shopping Cart “01 Sumary” where you can choose to complete the purchase b, or to continue shopping looking for other article.

If you decide to continue with your shopping, during browsing you will continue to see the image of the "cart" with its contents, together with the total value of your purchases.

Having finished shopping, to proceed with your order, click on "Check Out".

01 “Summary”
In this first page of the shopping cart you also can modify the number of the articles you wish to purchase or remove them. If the product is labeled as “Prompt Delivery” shipping times are as described in the Shipping Time Section. Adding more than one of the same product, please contact us before completing the checkout.

02 “Login”
If you are a registered user, log in or, if you have not already registered, register on the site. You can not complete the purchase without registration.

If instead you wish to immediately complete the purchase, scroll down till the “NEXT ->” button and then click.


03 “Address”
You will be asked to choose a delivery and billing address. It will be also possible to add a New Address for billing /shipping or update both addresses registered in our site, and if you would like to add a comment about your order. Scroll down till the “NEXT ->” button and then click.


04 “Shipping”
In the following phase you will be prompted to check the “Terms of Service Agreement” (is possibile to read clicking on “Read Terms of Service”. Scroll down till the “NEXT ->” button and then click.


05 “Payment”
In this step you can choose between the available payment methods:
- Pay by check:
Choosing this option you will receive instructions of how to compile the data in your check, and via email you will receive instructions about where to send your check and other useful information.
This payment method requieres longer time to be processed.

- Pay by bank wire (order processing will take more time):
By choosing this method, read the summary of amount and product you’ve chosen, and click “PLACE MY ORDER”
On the next screen, you will see information about IBAN number and other important information.

- Pay with your card or PayPal account
This is the fastest method, so paying with paypal will guarantee the order in real time.

Finally, having made the necessary checks on your transaction, your order information will be transmitted to Micro-Mosaic Jewels and a message of thanks will let you know that your purchase has been successfully completed.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS I CAN BUY?
Generally there are no limits, neither as to quantity nor as to total cost. However, remember that Micro-Mosaic Jewels produces “one of a kind” jewels and that may limit of the purchase to longer times to delivery because of production under request.

ON FILLING MY CART AM I OBLIGED TO BUY?
Not at all. You can make all the trial runs you want and then choose not to enter your order even though you have added products to the "shopping bag".

WHAT IS IT AND HOW DOES THE "PROMOTIONAL CODE" WORK?
The "promotional code" is a discount ticket that you are provided with to take advantage of special promotions. The conditions for obtaining such code will be sent via a special Newsletter for special events. If you are in possession of one, all you have to do is insert the code in the field that you will find on the page at the conclusion of your order: the discount will automatically be calculated and displayed.

WHEN IS THE PURCHASING PROCEDURE CONCLUDED?
After having entered the data required for the payment, you will be transferred to the purchase confirmation page containing the number and date of the order. A message of thanks at the centre of the page will inform you that the purchase procedure has been successfully completed. Finally, you will receive an e-mail with the details you have submitted in the order and confirm that it was correctly accepted. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
To check the status of your order, please log in and access at My Account: under the tab "My orders" you will find all the information you wish. Remember that customer care staff is at your disposal to provide further information.
